1.
Individual
Therapy
I provide a uniquely customized therapeutic experience utilizing holistic assessments, detailed treatment plans, and interventions tailored to encourage exploration, growth, and resolution.
2.
Anxiety
&
Panic
I specialize in working with anxiety related conditions integrating traditional modalities such as CBT and DBT as well as providing psychoeducation. I utilize polyvagal theory and evolutionary approaches to aid clients in understanding their experience and gaining insight and compassion around the expression of anxiety symptoms.
3.
LBGTQ+
&
Gender Affirmative Therapy
I strive to create a therapeutic environment that facilitates open exploration of one's sexual orientation, gender identity, romantic attraction and additional themes unique to the queer community.
4.
Brainspotting
I incorporate Brainspotting into my practice to locate, focus, process and release a wide variety of emotionally and bodily-based conditions. Brainspotting utilizes relevant eye positions, gaze spots, and bilateral sound to access the body's natural self-healing ability. It is particularly effective with trauma-based situations, helping to identify and heal underlying trauma that contributes to anxiety, depression and other behavioral conditions.
Therapy looks different for different people...

I believe that the most effective form of therapy is one where the therapist and the client can have a collaborative, authentic relationship. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that facilitates perceiving, thinking, sensing, feeling, expressing, connecting, and relating. I specialize in working with anxiety and work from a holistic, integral model of therapy, supporting the innate human capacity to heal within the safety of the therapeutic relationship. I incorporate a psychoeducational approach into my practice, offering an individualized collection of resources and interventions. I am passionate about facilitating client insight and well-being. I provide my clients with a sense of warmth and compassion through my intuitive nature, humor and interactive therapeutic style. I believe it is my privilege to be welcomed into your world and to become a partner in your healing.
